About our company Fayetteville Telephone Answering Service is a full service live telephone answering service. We are a family owned company and have been serving Northwest Arkansas since 1964. Our business was started by Virginia Riner in 1964 and was the third such service in the State of Arkansas. We are now in the third generation of continuous operation. We still have the same courteous telephone secretaries, but the equipment we use has changed a great deal over the years. We started with a cord switchboard leased from the telephone company. As the years have gone by we have installed the latest technology available to keep pace with ever expanding needs of our customers.
