| Live Telephone Answering
Service:
We can answer
your telephone line by using the telephone company custom
calling feature of "call forwarding" or if you would like to
use one of our numbers we will answer it with your company
name.
When service
is set up our client gives us written instructions on how they
would like the telephone answered, what information they would
like taken from their caller and how we are to dispatch the
call once it is taken.
When our
client's telephone rings all the information our client has
provided pops up on our computer screen. Our secretary then
brings up a message template prompting her to ask the
questions to get the information the client has
requested.
After the
message has been take there are several ways we can deliver
the message. The message can be spoken to our voice mail
machine for the customer to call in or voice mail can page, we
can page our client to call us for the message, or the message
can be sent to a full message pager, fax machine or e-mail
address.
For your
convenience messages are archived and available for up to two
years. |
