You are assigned a telephone number that goes into our voice mail machine. This number can be put on business cards or you may use the telephone company feature of "busy no answer call forwarding" to transfer your telephone calls to our system.

You record the greeting you would like your callers to hear when they call. Your caller leaves the message and the message is stored for you to call in or a pager can be alerted a message was left.

The mail box can be as simple or complex as you like.

It can be set up for one number with multiple indexes for several people to have their own message box on the same number or you may want to use some indexes to give out information only.
